धारा-120धारा-120 के तहत तीन वर्ष की समाप्ति के बाद किसी वाद पर विचार नहीं किया जायेगा। ऐसा प्रावधान लिमिटेशन एक्ट को ध्यान में रख कर किया गया है।

No suit will be entertained after the end of three years under Section 120. Such a provision has been made keeping in mind the Limitation Act.
